Making the Most of the Opportunity

Many times during our life, we may have wondered why God put us on earth. Even with the advances in medicine, most of us live here for less than a century. Some people leave a mark of their “passing through this earthly toil”. Sometimes, it’s good and sometimes it’s bad. However, for most us we, we leave no mark of our existence and we are quickly forgotten as we retrun to the dust from which we came.

If we think only of our earthly existence, it may seem futile. However, if we look on this life as our childhood, it become a prep school for something better to come. We graduate when we learn tolove others unselfishly. God, in His grace gives us time to mature. Make the most of the opportunity. The dismissal bell my ring for you and for me at any moment.
